財団上に「SCP-001-FR 翼持たざる天使も在らば」があり、「覚醒カウンター」が載っている場合に発動できる。このカードをUnclassedクラスの【上位存在】を持つオブジェクト扱いにして自分のサイト上に収容違反する。オブジェクト扱いのこのカードは以下の効果を持つ。
・このオブジェクトが収容違反した時、decommissionedからオブジェクトを1体選んで除外する。また、発動中のフィールドIncidentを全てdecommissionedに送る。
・ターン終了時にこのオブジェクトは除外される。
